Reaching out to the next generation of pastors and business leaders so that they may be better equipped for the work of the ministry and to represent Christ in their marriages, families, churches and businesses.

TEAM Ministries has two aspects.
1. It is the teaching ministry of Jack and Jan Walter.
2. It is a group of people who desire to receive mentoring from a father and mother in the faith.

WHO WE ARE:
Jack Walter was a successful businessman before he was called to full time ministry. His ministry experience includes starting and operating a Christian school, administrating a large church, pioneering and pastoring a church for over fifteen years. Jan Walter was a nurse before joining her husband in ministry. She has also been an entrepreneur and conference speaker .

The Walters spent a year transitioning the church that they founded into the leadership of another couple. Jack and Jan started TEAM Ministries to help empower the next generation of leaders in ministry and business to greater levels of achievement and success for the future.

They are available to teach seminars on leadership and family issues and to equip and mentor church and business leaders. "The real test of leadership always comes in a crisis, and there will be crisis times for everyone in leadership - ministry or business. It is always helpful to have those who have experienced these times to assist those faced with challenging situations.
